Full-Scale AV, Audio & Surveillance System

Client Objective:

Implement a fully integrated audiovisual, audio, and surveillance system for a dynamic hospitality environment. The system needed to provide zone-specific audio, flexible video distribution, seamless user control, and robust security infrastructure—while preserving the aesthetic integrity of the venue.

Our Solution We designed and installed a complete system including:

Multizone Audio System: The system consisted of a 70V Audio System with seven (7) independent zones. It was designed with pendant, wall-mounted, and in-wall speakers to fulfill the sound requirements of each space without compromising the aesthetics of the restaurant. Seamless integration with the AVoIP system capable of outputting the audio of any of the TV inputs, including a jukebox which automatically overrode the background music when a song was requested.
- Equipment used: QSC Amp, QSC Mixer, QSC Speakers.
AV Setup: A centralized TV system over IP of 33 independently controlled TVs across the venue. The system is able to manage 15 inputs and stream any of these on any TV throughout the venue. The web-based system allows each TV to be controlled through an iPad, Android device, or PC.
- Equipment used: AVoIP network deployed using Cisco. Transmitters, receivers, and controller by Octava.
Network & Surveillance: Full network design and deployment, plus CCTV with remote monitoring.
- Equipment used:
  - Network: Switches, routers, and access points by Ubiquiti and Netgear.
  - Security System: Thirty-four (34) Hikvision Color View 8MP security cameras, two (2) Hikvision NVRs with 12TB of storage each.
